We recently undertook a significant project at a grand 17,000 sq ft residence located within the prestigious Madison Club in La Quinta, California. This project presented a unique set of challenges due to the vast scale of the home and the extensive inventory of luxury furnishings required to complement its opulent spaces. The task was monumental, involving the meticulous handling, inspection, and storage of a wide range of items, from delicate artworks to substantial furniture pieces designed to harmonize with the expansive interior.
One of the most noteworthy aspects of this project was the installation of a striking 3,000-pound solid wood slab table. This particular item not only demanded careful logistical planning due to its immense weight and value but also required the use of specialized heavy-lifting equipment.
